Q: Why is it called the Three Minute Egg®?

A: Because Three Minutes is how long it takes to realize you want some!  Also, when I first developed the product, I noticed that I experienced significant results using my Eggs only a few minutes each day. Since then I have worked with my instructors to create a series of Three-Minute Eggs-ercises which, when done regularly, can have a significant impact on the targeted areas. We’re all busy, but we all need to pay attention to the proverbial “squeeky wheels” in our own bodies. I am continually developing short routines based in Yoga and Pilates which will address specific issues. Look for them in our “Quick Fixes” section of our website, it is in development and coming soon.

Q: What makes the Three Minute Egg different from the blocks?

A: The most obvious difference is the shape, and the shape makes all the difference. How many people do you whose bodies are square? Traditional yoga blocks do a great job of recreating flat surfaces and elevating them so we can do more with our bodies. However, they don’t begin to take into account the shapes of our bodies and the fact that each of us have unique needs and requirements from our yoga props. The Three Minute Egg is curved, as are our bodies, so it fits our bodies. Its ergonomic design makes it ideal for people with wrist issues, and its size and shape make it comfortable to hold onto throughout our yoga practice. The Eggs become like an extension of our arm!  They don’t simply sit along side us while we do our yoga.  Traditional yoga blocks are typically either in the way, out of the way, or too far away. The Eggs integrate fully into our practice, and our yoga changes and evolves more quickly by virtue of using them in different postures.

Q: Do you have studio and bulk pricing?

A: Yes! We offer discounted pricing on Premium Eggs to catalogs, studios, and even individual instructors looking to resell the product to their clients. For studio use, check out our Scrambled Eggs. Q: What is your Return Policy?

A: Nobody likes to see their product returned, but our priority is your happiness.  To that end we offer a 30-day Satisfaction guarantee on all of our products.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your Eggs, you may return them withing 30 days for a full refund.  Buyer pays shipping costs both ways only.  In the unlikely event that our product is defective, we will pay to ship it back and send out a replacement immediately.  Please contact us BEFORE returning any product so that we know it’s coming.

Q: How/when is the product shipped?

A: All orders are shipped within 1 business day, and sometimes the same day.

• Domestic orders are typically shipped via UPS ground.  Occasionally they will arrive via US Priority Mail.  We generally ship within 24 hours of receiving your order and try to ship the same day on orders received before noon.
• Canadian orders may be placed directly through Three Minute Egg® Canada at www.threeminuteegg.ca. Orders are shipped via Canada Post and generally ship within 24 hours.  
• International Orders are shipped via US Mail or UPS ground, depending on the size of the order and the price to ship.  We allow our customers to decide based on available options.
