Everybody loves a good dip, that’s for sure. On hot summer days there is nothing better, along with some fresh in-season fruit. Replace the Cool Whip with this whipped paneer dip and you’ll be just as satisfied. This is a great recipe that we found in the Himalayan Institute June-July newsletter, and we couldn’t help but share it!
3 cups paneer, crumbled
1-1/4 whey or milk
sweetener for taste (e.g. sugar, maple syrup, honey, agave)
Combine all ingredients in a food processor to your chosen consistency. Let chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour, then enjoy!
