Flow Yoga with the Three Minute Egg takes your Three Minute Egg Yoga practice to the next level. This 27-Minute DVD presents a challenging series of poses for Yogis of all levels, while making even some of the most strenuous poses accessible to anyone. This Flow sequence can help you gain strength, increase flexibility, improve balance, and even lose weight! Flow Yoga with the Three Minute Egg requires a minimum of 2 Eggs. For some of the more advanced postures, you may prefer up to 4 eggs.
