		<description><![CDATA[Thanks so much for the brocolli salad recipe!  I hope to make it today.  One ingredient I won&#039;t add though is the free oil.  That ingredient has been dropped off all the recipes and foods I prepare now.  There are a host of reasons.  Highly caloric and not nutritionally dense, (adds unnecessary calories) rancidity factors, and the cashews and all nuts and seeds and avos have the best benefits including delishious.  check out www.drfuhrman.com, or Dr McDougall or Dr Ornish or Caldwell Esselstyn.
