Yes, I am one of those people, who at 35 years of age, was diagnosed with the back of a 75 year old man.  I’ve spent hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars seeking relief from pain I could not escape. Between Chiropractic appointments, massage therapy, Pilates and Yoga classes, caring for myself became a full-time job.

And so it was, until I created the Three Minute Egg.  I originally invented the Eggs as a way to maintain a healthier back. But I soon began sharing them with Yoga Teachers, Pilates Instructors, Physical Therapist and Chiropractors. It didn’t take long for them to discover their own uses for the product.  Whether I’m doing my morning Yoga or just need to stretch in the middle of the day, the eggs are now an essential part of my daily practice. 

Unlike traditional Yoga blocks, the unique ergonomic shape of Three Minute Egg works with my body, not just alongside it. As my practice evolves, my use of the Eggs evolve right along with it! Obviously I am biased. But, to my experience, the Three Minute Egg is by far the most versatile prop on the market.  Lighter, more comfortable and easier to use than blocks, bolsters and blankets, the Three Minute Egg wedges itself perfectly into my busy life.  I keep them at home, in the office and I never travel without them.  I can scarcely go more than 24 hours without using them.
